Rest your feet at our purpose built holiday home in the stunning historic town of Riebeek Kasteel. Five unique en-suite bedrooms straddle the panoramic view across the valley, capturing the spectacular Cape sunrise.
Each beautifully appointed and generously proportioned bedroom is furnished with private seating both inside and out, with inter-connecting balconies and access to the guest braai (BBQ) area, plunge pool and outdoor lounge. A snug room and kitchenette are also available for your comfort.
For the last 30 or so years of our lives, we have lived in Sussex, England, where we raised our family. However, our story began here in South Africa where we met. As recent graduates, Ian and I met as +1’s at a friend’s dinner party. I later joined him in England where we married and had two children.
Following our retirement, we have pursued the project to create this incredible home designed for us by a childhood friend, architect and fellow Riebeek Kasteel resident Dries Greyling. The build project was nicknamed “Rabbit Hutch” after our family name; Hutchinson. So you may spot a few bunnies on your way around…
We are thrilled to call this piece of Riebeek Kasteel our home and we look forward to your stay.
